Intrebarile legate de schimbarile ce vor avea loc la examenul de certificare PMI-ACP® incepand cu data de 26 martie 2018 au primit un raspuns din partea PMI. Intr-un articol publicat recent, PMI explica faptul ca va fi in primul rand vorba despre schimbari “lexicale“, care sa puna in acord terminologia folosita in intrebarile din examen cu cea folosita in Agile Practice Guide.
Va reamintesc ca la examenul actual folosit pana in data de 26 martie 2018, este de notorietate faptul ca intrebarile folosesc un “mix” de termeni proveniti din metode diferite ca Scrum eXtreme Programming, Lean Development sau Kanban atunci cand se referea la notiunile legate de rolurile din echipe, evenimente, instrumentele sau practicile folosite.
Cu alte cuvinte, din 26 martie 2018, intrebarile nu se vor schimba major, ci doar cat sa dea aceleasi “denumiri” comune acestor notiuni, denumiri care vor fi mapate pe cele din Agile Practice Guide.
Aceasta este o veste extrem de buna pentru cei care s-au pregatit deja pentru examen folosind actualul “Examination Content Outline” – material pe baza caruia se formuleaza intrebarile de examen, si care nu pot sustine examenul pana pe 26 martie anul viitor. Pentru ca si dupa dupa aceasta data, continutul acestuia va ramane in formula stabilita in 2014. Probabil acest document va suferi modificari in anii umatori, la un termen neanuntat inca de catre PMI, si abia atunci vom vedea si intrebari schimbate radical in examen.
Adaug acestei stiri si un test nou de 20 de intrebari, cu majoritatea intrebarilor de tip “situational”, asa cum veti regasi si in examen. Am incercat sa formulez situatii mai complexe care sa valideze pregatirea pentru examen, deci considerati un raspuns de peste 80-85% la acest test ca un indicator foarte bun al pregatirii voastre:
