Conform Handbook-ului certificarii PMP®, distributia intrebarilor pe grupe de procese in examenul de PMP® arata in felul urmator:
Daca in cadrul grupului de procese de Planning sunt 24 de procese si un procentaj de intrebari referitoare la Planning in examen de 24% din total, in grupul de procese de Executing sunt numai 8 procese dar care sunt acoperite de 30% de intrebari din total. Pare un dezechilibru care ne-ar putea face sa dam mai multa atentie pe parcursul pregatirii pentru examen proceselor din Executing. Daca facem un zoom in acest grup observam ca 3 din cele 8 procese din Executing sunt din aria de cunostinte de HR. Si daca citim si impresiile de la examen, atunci nu mai pare o surpriza ca puteti numara in examen chiar si peste 4 intrebari din modelul lui Tuckman.
Pentru a gestiona cat mai multe din eventualele surprize care ar putea aparea in examen referitoare la acest subiect, va propunem un thread de discutii si un test cu 10 tipuri de intrebari dedicate modelului lui Tuckman la care ii invitam sa isi incerce puterile atat pe cei care se pregatesc pentru examenul de PMP® cat si pe cei care l-au luat deja 🙂
